Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is available Monday – Friday from 5:30 am until 9:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Employees must bring their own towels and locks for the lockers. Any locks left on the lockers after closing will be cut off. Any personal items left in the fitness center or lockers will be disposed of after closing each day.

For gym access please complete the Gym Liability Form.

EV Stations

There are 8 ChargePoint EV stations available to employees of 12390 El Camino Real. They are located near the south-west corner of the building.

There are 8 ChargePoint EV stations available to employees of 12340 El Camino Real. They are located on the 1st level of the garage.

Trolley

The Trolley will have routes to the Solana Beach Transit Station and will also take riders to the One Paseo Retail Center.

Parking

Covered parking is available for tenants and guests of 12340 El Camino Real. Uncovered parking is available for employees and guests in any unmarked stall.
